Charlotte has been in post since December 2017 and is responsible for supporting the coordination of the research work and activities across the Centre. Charlotte has recently completed her MA in International Social Policy where she explored international human rights and global and local drivers of inequality. Her dissertation explored the impact of austerity on engagement with Roma and Gypsy Traveller Groups in the UK.
Before this, Charlotte worked as a research assistant at Ceredigion County Council, where she supported research and monitoring activities within the Council and project managed stand-alone regional projects.
