The Jubilee Centre for Character and Values are delighted to announce a partnership with the Center for the 4th and 5th Rs (Respect and Responsibility), based at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Cortland. Center Director, Prof. Thomas Lickona has previously endorsed the Jubilee Centre for Character and Values, saying: "There is no more important human quest than the Jubilee Center's undertaking—to generate useful knowledge about how to foster good character in every area of our personal and public lives."
