Tom Harrison presents at Streetly Academy 9th April 2014 Conference Character Education Tom Harrison presented at the Embedding School Values to Develop Character & Learning Skills seminar hosted by Streetly Academy on 3rd March 2014. In the presentation Tom explained why character is an important constituent predictor of current and future personal fulfilment and flourishing. Tom argued that schools should take a more holistic view of behaviour management and explained why the development of character virtues should be the foundation for whole school priorities such as attainment, behaviour and employability. His presentation argued that character virtues are both taught and caught and provided examples of how this might be undertaken.
