Professor David Carr Delivers Keynote at East China Normal University 12th November 2014 Academic Character Education Professor David Carr delivered a keynote lecture titled ‘Justice, Responsibility and Education’ at the Chinese Society of Philosophy of Education at the Institute of Schooling Reform and Development, East China Normal University (Shanghai). During his visit, Professor Carr also presented a student seminar on character in teaching at both east China Normal University and Zhejiang University, in addition to a presentation on the uses of literature in character education at Zhejiang University.
