Dr Tom Harrison Delivers Keynote in Japan 14th January 2015 Centre News Moral Education On January 10th and 11th Dr Tom Harrison attended the International Symposium on Citizenship Education in Tokyo, Japan. Tom gave the opening keynote lecture entitled: 'Educating the Virtues: Citizenship, Character and Volunteer Education'. He also delivered a workshop on ‘Teaching the Virtues’. During the conference the links between character, citizenship, social science and moral education were debated and discussed.
