Headteacher Update Features Centre in Best Practice Article 15th September 2015 Jubilee Centre

Headteacher Update features the work of the Jubilee Centre in its best practice article 'What Will This Year Hold for Character Education?'. Headteacher Update publishes six times a year, at the beginning of each half term, and is delivered in hard copy to every primary school headteacher in the UK. The article quotes the Centre's Director of Development, Dr Tom Harrison, who says that schools were ready for the introduction of character education: "They're tired of the push on testing and are aware of the need for more of an emphasis on wellbeing. It came just at the right time."

The article features the Framework for Character Education, which the Jubilee Centre have sent to over 5,000 schools in the UK, and the Character Nation report, published earlier in 2015 by DEMOS.
