Dr Tom Harrison Writes for The Conversation 12th January 2016 Character Education Teaching

In a piece for The Conversation, Director of Education, Dr Tom Harrison, explores different approaches to teaching British values in schools.  Drawing on feedback he has received from teachers following new education policy for teaching such values, Tom suggests a new approach which encompasses what he calls 'universal virtues' and is delivered through the growing field of character education.  The article, titled 'Why British values should be folded into character education', is available to view here.
