Prof. James Arthur (Director) and Dr. David Walker (Research Fellow) visited Tufts University, Boston the week of 11th April to discuss the Soldiers of Character project with Prof. Richard Lerner and Dr Kristina Schmid Callina. Prof. Lerner, who holds the Bergstrom Chair in Applied Developmental Science and is the Director of the Institute for Applied Research in Youth Development at Tufts University, is Principal Investigator on Project CADET (Character Assessment with Development and Ethics Training), working with US Military cadets at West Point. Prof. Arthur and Dr. Walker were able to spend time with Prof. Lerner and Dr. Schmid Callina discussing synergies between the two projects.
