Director of Education Delivers Keynote at Eton College 15th November 2019 Conferences

Director of Education Tom Harrison gave the keynote lecture at the Character EducationTheories, Practices and Processes conference hosted by Eton College on the 13th November. In the keynote Tom spoke about his research on character and cyber-wisdom and the responsibility for teachers and schools to educate children and young people them to help them flourish online.  At the conference, Rebecca Tigue gave a presentation entitled ‘Character Education by Design’ speaking about her working leading character education initiatives in the University of Birmingham School.  Other speakers at the event included Dominic Randolph one of the co-founders of Character Lab, Peter Hyman the founder of School 21 and Prof. Bill Lucus the Director of the Centre for Real World Learning.
