The Jubilee Centre has supported the integration of character education into Kazakhstan’s national curriculum. In 2024, the Unified Character Education Programme, ADAL-AZAMAT, was officially launched. During a visit to Kazakhstan, Prof. Tom Harrison met with the Minister of Education and senior officials to advise on the development of the programme. The visit was hosted by the Bilim Innovation Foundation, which runs schools across the country and is widely recognised as the regional leader in innovative character education practice.
