Ahead of the publication of their upcoming book, Futureproof: Preparing Young People for Their Digital Futures, two leading researchers on the topic of cyber-wisdom, Drs. Tom Harrison and Gianfranco Polizzi, and two of the UK’s most prominent school leaders, Sophie Murfin and Lee Peachey have designed an online practical session for teachers, parents and other educators to bring to life their new comprehensive framework for teaching digital citizenship in schools.

 

In this session, each of the experts will draw upon their own understanding and expertise to show how the framework can be practically applied to support the development of young people at all ages.

The agenda for the webinar will be as follows:

There will be multiple free resources available for you to take away at this event. We will be launching a new workbook, based on research funded by the Society for Educational Studies, for use by careers guidance professionals and character educators to help students consider who they are, the character traits they aspire towards, and to align their career choices with this. We will also have multiple other free resources that educators can use within their practice based on over a decade of research at the Jubilee Centre for Character and Virtues.
