On the 15th February 2023, a new Centre for Education in Virtues and Values was launched at the University of Francisco Victoria, Spain. Professor Arthur was invited to the occasion to deliver the opening address. The website for the new centre can be found here.

Earlier this year, the Jubilee Centre collaborated with the Universidad de Francisco de Vitoria to establish the European Character and Virtue Association which recently announced that its annual conference will be hosted by the Madrid university. More details can be found here.
