Continuing the Centre’s 10-year anniversary celebrations, the University of Birmingham’s iconic Joseph Chamberlain Memorial Clock Tower (Old Joe), the largest freestanding clock tower in the world and one of the city of Birmingham’s most recognisable landmarks, was recently illuminated in the Jubilee Centre’s colours for three days in recognition of the Centre’s founding on 16th May 2012. The Centre will also return to the House of Lords this coming week for a celebratory event marking the milestone. Director Professor James Arthur has penned an editorial discussing the Jubilee Centre journey thus far, available here.
