18th March 202210th Anniversary Year Jubilee Centre
On Friday 18th March 2022, the Jubilee Centre hosted a dinner at the New Club in Edinburgh to celebrate the legacy of Character Scotland.
Character Scotland, which in 2021 merged with the Association for Character Education (ACE), ran the Inspiring Purpose poster award and other character education activities in schools in Scotland, the UK and Commonwealth countries for over 15 years.
At the event, which also marked 10 years of the Jubilee Centre, the founder of the charity David Lorimer and former CEO Ronnie Davison were recognised for their service, being named as Ambassadors of Character.
