On Thursday 24th November, Senior Fellow in the Jubilee Centre, Ben Perks, delivered a seminar at the University of Birmingham’s Centre for Human Brain Health.  The Centre is an inter-disciplinary brain research facility established with the mission of understanding what makes a brain healthy and how to develop the next generation of interventions and tools for personalised brain healthcare. This discussion formed part of the Centre’s seminar series and follows a series of talks by Ben on neuromaturation and rights, including recent events at Harvard and Colombia University.
