Continuing the Centre’s ‘Spotlight On’ feature, this month focusses on Ben Perks, Head of Campaigns & Advocacy for UNICEF and Honorary Senior Fellow of the Jubilee Centre. Ben has been integral to the Centre’s relationships with the UN and UNICEF in Macedonia and North Montenegro, having previously been the in-country Representative and Co-ordinator in both nations. Ben supported the Centre as it developed its understanding, delivery and dissemination of character education to a vast range of stakeholders across the region, including politicians, ambassadors, civil servants, academics, teachers and students. In recognition of his work advancing character education in lower- and middle-income countries, Ben was made an Honorary Senior Fellow of the Centre in 2016 and has continued to collaborate with the Centre on a regular basis since.
