The Oxford Character Project at the University of Oxford has launched a new Ethical Leadership Programme for 400 students from 17 leading global universities. Funded by the Laidlaw Foundation, the programme helps undergraduate students to develop character qualities central to good leadership. This new programme is the latest in a series of university partnerships by the Oxford team to advance character and leadership education globally. The work of the Oxford Character Project to promote character and good leadership has been shortlisted for Oxford’s Vice-Chancellor’s Awards 2024, which celebrate excellence, dedication, and contribution to Oxford’s mission.
