On 11th June 2021, Director of Strategic Initiatives, Aidan Thompson, met with Head of School, Bec Tigue, at the University of Birmingham School to offer visitors an insight into the exemplary School. Senior leaders from schools across the UK were given an overview of the School's history, its focus on character, and how the character education provided at the School has developed since its opening in 2015.

Aidan Thompson spoke about the Centre's partnership with the School, work with other schools, different approaches to developing character provision, and its impact on the Department for Education and Ofsted.
