On 13th July 2023, PSHE Leads, Careers Leads and Character Education Leads from UK educational institutions gathered at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens for Character Strengths for the Working World.
The Event included keynote speeches from former Secretary of State for Education, Rt. Hon. Baroness Nicky Morgan, Nicki Moore (International Centre for Guidance Studies), David Harkin (8billionideas). Speakers shared their expertise on character and employability, empowering professionals to enhance their students' preparation for the working world and make wise career choices.
