From 4th – 6th January, the Jubilee Centre hosted the 12th annual conference on ‘Virtuous Leadership and Character’. 120 delegates attended from various global organisations, exploring challenges and research surrounding character-based leadership. Across the three days, keynotes were delivered from Professor Michael Lamb (F. M. Kirby Foundation Chair of Leadership and Character at Wake Forest University), Professor Mary Crossan (Chair in Strategic Leadership, Ivey Business School at Western University), and Dr. Gregory Jones, (President of Belmont University, Tennessee). During the conference dinner, Liz Huntley (The Hope Institute, Alabama) delivered an after-dinner speech.
