In light of the current situation, the MA Character Education residential, which was due to take place in Chicago, USA, was recently held online. The residential was arranged as part of the MA Character Education programme for students who are supported by the Kern Family Foundation. Dr Tom Harrison, Professor Andrew Peterson and Paul Watts instead held virtual seminars with students on Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th March 2020. Students had the opportunity to meet each other, share their ideas and experiences related to character education, and presented on the links between their work and their studies on the MA. Students supported by the Kern Family Foundation will have the opportunity to meet formally during their residential which is to be rescheduled later in the year.
