The Jubilee Centre has launched the Leading Character Education in Schools CPD programme. The free online programme provides the knowledge and tools needed to evaluate and enhance a school’s character education provision. Alongside input from experts in the field, the programme showcases character education in different settings through on-the-ground filming in schools. Each module also includes recommended activities that introduce the language and practice of character education into schools via personal and staffroom activities. In a recent pilot by over 90 practitioners, 100% of those who completed the evaluation stated that the programme had impacted positively on their practice and that they would recommend it to other teachers or schools.
