Professor Kristján Kristjánsson has had a chapter published on phronesis in a new German volume on ancient philosophy and its modern applications: “Phronesis Lehren: Neuere Entwicklungen”. In Antike Philosophie, Bildung und das Gute Leben, eds. T. Hitz & J. M. Niessen (Münster: Lit-Verlag).

A German translation of Professor Kristján Kristjánsson’s article on Phronesis as the Key to the Professional Ethics of Teaching has appeared in print: ‘Aristotelische Praktische Weisheit (Phronesis) als Schlüssel der Berufsethik für Lehrkräfte‘. In Ethik in der Beruflichen Bildung, eds. T. Wellmann and E. John (Verlag Barbara Budrich, 2024). The whole book is free for download here.
