Global Impact

‘Celebrating Global Impact’ brings together the global impact achievements of the Jubilee Centre in one place for the first time. The exhibition showcases the collaborations, partnerships, and engagement facilitated by staff of the Centre, spotlighting the work with UNICEF in Montenegro and North Macedonia, as well as other regional case studies. It offers an insight in to the impact around the globe that the Centre has achieved over the past eight years..

Character, Service and Civic Virtue: Celebrating the Double Benefit

‘Character, Service and Civic Virtue: Celebrating the Double Benefit’ explores the Centre’s work in the field of youth social action. This exhibition reflects on research in to ‘the double benefit’, showcases the impact and legacy of the Step Up to Serve partnership, and celebrates the variety of engagements which the Centre has coordinated to help realise the benefits of service for young people.

Celebrating a School of Virtue: University of Birmingham School

‘Celebrating a School of Virtue: University of Birmingham School’ celebrates the first five years of the UoB School and the role played by the University and the Jubilee Centre in developing a unique school of character. Compiled with testimony from academic colleagues, teachers, pupils (both past and present), governors and partners of the School, the exhibition offers a unique insight in to the inspiration, founding, day-to-day life and aspirations of what remains the only university-supported academy in the country and the most oversubscribed school in the city.
